Deposit Policy
Booking & Deposit Policy
Appointments may be requested up to 3 days in advance.
All bookings require a $20 non-refundable deposit to reserve your time slot.
No appointment is held or confirmed without a deposit.
When you contact me to request a Reiki session, please be prepared to send your deposit during our booking conversation.
After we agree on a time and policy, I will send you a secure payment QR code or link
(Cash App, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo).
Time-limited hold on a slot.
If a deposit is not received within [15–30 minutes] after payment details are sent, the requested time will be released and offered to another client.
Identity & Safety Verification
For safety and professionalism, I also require a clear, recent photo of your face before confirming an appointment. This is used only to verify that the person arriving matches the person who booked. Your photo is kept private and is not used for any other purpose.
Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation message with your session details and location.
Please Note:
The requested time slot will not be held and may be offered to another client.
Same-day appointments may be available with at least 1 hour’s notice .
Same-day bookings still require the $20 deposit before the appointment is confirmed.
